Irenic Projects was founded in 2019 within a church called The Pasadena Disciples of Christ at 789 N. Altadena Dr Pasadena, CA. That congregation was founded in 1884 in Pasadena. The congregation of that church folded in 2022, and the church property on N. Altadena Dr was sold in 2023. As the keeper of the 137 year, physical historical archive of the Pasadena Disciples of Christ, Irenic Projects claims that the history of the Pasadena Disciples lives on through Irenic Projects.
